What is the typical lead time for furniture orders?
Most of our designer pieces are made to order. Standard lead times range from 8 to 14 weeks depending on the manufacturer and customization options selected.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
Yes, we provide premium White Glove Delivery for all large furniture items. This includes inside delivery, room placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for luxury home goods?
Custom-made and special-order items are non-refundable. For stocked accessories and lighting, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition.
Can I request fabric or finish samples before purchasing?
Absolutely. We encourage customers to order swatches to ensure the material meets their expectations. Please contact our design concierge to request specific fabric, leather, or wood finish samples.
Do you offer trade discounts for interior designers?
Grayson Luxury offers an exclusive trade program for industry professionals including interior designers, architects, and developers. Proof of credentials is required for enrollment.
How can I track the status of my custom order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a dedicated account manager who will provide monthly updates on production and a final notification when your item is ready for shipment.
