At Grayson Luxury, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every bespoke piece. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated concierge team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original luxury packaging and professional crating to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
For oversized furniture and white-glove deliveries, we will coordinate with our specialized logistics partners to schedule a convenient pickup from your residence.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping and restocking fees.
